Char Biggs is a fitness expert, having earned a B.S in Kinesiology/Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from West Chester University, plus certifications from the International Sports Science Association and The National Academy of Sports Medicine.  He works with a large client base, all ages, men and women, and has clients with varying fitness goals.  Char specializes in Traditional Weight Training, Muscle Gain, Fat Loss, Cardiovascular Techniques, TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebell Expert, Functional Training, Bootcamps, Senior 55+ Corrective, Basic Yoga and Stretching Techniques.

He’s known for delivering results.  His training philosophy focuses on each individual client’s goal.

“I make the nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle regimen fit into their lives and not the person standing next to them.  Everyone is an individual and has different needs.  I want to make the process of looking and feeling amazing stress free.”

By combining his own unique method of fat-burning, muscle-building workouts and offering his individualized nutrition plans, Char makes  getting in shape is a no brainer.

Char Biggs is known in Philadelphia, Bucks County and New Jersey for his training and fitness knowledge.

“Most of my training revolves around me traveling.   That’s why I created a powerful resistance training and cardiovascular system for on-the-go workouts that kicks ass. I want to get people in-shape, lean, and feeling great anytime-anywhere.  Whether you have a few weeks, months, or are in it for the long run, I am there with you to make it happen to get to your absolute best.”

He is known to travel to grocery stores to shop with clients, prepare grocery lists, as well as personal meal planning, so his clients know exactly what they should be doing.  For him it is about all the knowledge, the training, and giving you the extra motivational boost you need to succeed.

“I have worked very hard to obtain all the knowledge I need to deliver to people.  I want to create more of an experience for my clients.  For me, it’s not just about throwing a weight around.  I want to inspire. I want my clients to feel great, and know everything they can to make them successful in all areas of their lives.  Knowledge is power, and with knowledge, motivation, and drive you can overcome any challenge life throws at you.”
